I would expect that the holders of those shares would likely be privy to a bit of wink wink nudge nudge given that they're the shares issued to 'related party vendors' and hence have a relevant position within, or connection to Spenda to be classified as a related party. Once such person would be AF whom you would like to think is privy to what's going on within Spenda...
