Hi @82Punter, I should say, very fair point - I overlooked the tax implications in my earlier example, you’re absolutely correct. So from a tax perspective it’s not in the vendor’s interest to sell given CGT, but the dollar value of the shares they’re sitting on may still represent a higher figure than the fair value of Invigo.
