If there was a TO of sorts and was offered 50c (or possibly higher) per share I'd take it happily. Sure beats 11.5c. But that's just me.
In any event not very liquid recently and what little liquidity there is it pushes sp lower. Not much on the news front either. No more sales?? No more contracts?? Not much interest either. At one stage today buyers were at 9.5c. Wow that's some perception about company performance.
