    I'm trying to understand what does this release of shares from escrow mean?
    is it a third party holder purchased at 2021 with way higher price and wanting to sell?
    do they have an option to not sell? It do they have to sell on 31st?

    sorry if this question is too newbie.. I'm new to trading.
