...but when MSB negotiated with Osiris they agreed to pay single digit % to Osiris if sales from the MSC technology were to exceed >$750m . Celgene became interested in MSB - not just because aGVHD but also Cronhs disease +organ transplant rejection + +
Also lets not loose sight of the potential "rare pediatric disease priority review voucher"
