This 60 million is the 2nd tranche of Vendor shares granted on 17/8/2016 as consideration for another 50% of Viva 20 (which holds the tenements). Issue price was 8c. The vendor still holds a 30% interest in the tenements.
Im pretty sure the vendor isnt in it for a few cents gain. This parcel could become the vendor's retirement plan if all goes well.
