do you know the purchase/cost price of those shares?
the way I see it, there are 2 big risks in the next few weeks:
1. Risk of a dump of escrow shares, and
2. Risk of poor forecast from report.
it will only take 1 of those to be manifested for a SP drop, while it would require both to be mitigated for a SP rise
