Basically , When the company was listed on the asx the original owners allocation of shares were restricted from sale for the Escrow period. That has now expired. Just means their free to sell if they wish.
The original owners still run the business so probably doesn’t mean much considering that DUR is tracking well and now dividends are being paid one would think they will retain their shareholding.
