I never said he owns 5% of ASM. He does not. He owns 5% of Ziron Tech. The shares he received for the sale of Ziron Tech are ASM shares, so together with the Ziron Tech shareholders they own 1,306,417 ASM shares. That means they own approx 0.93% of ASM.
So Lee and the Ziron Tech shareholders received the following:
1. 5% of Ziron Tech
2. 1,306,417 ASM shares
3. Lee to be Chief Technical Advisor and lead the team at Ziron Tech
I assume Professor Lee owns the majority of the 1.3m ASM shares.
