This is just payment for CF33 to Vaxinia (Paul Hopper) and the shares were voluntarily put into escrow until now. I imagine PH estimated the time needed to get enough data in order to advance an outcome/ transaction. It just means we are at the pointy end and will likely see action soon provided the data is impressive enough.
