Ann: Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow, page-9

There were 3 conditions attached to the release of shares from escrow.

1) FDA IND ✅
2) First patient dosed in a phase 1 trial. ✅
3) Successfully meeting all safety endpoints in the phase 1 trial excluding efficacy.

We know conditions 1 and 2 been satisfied so I take this to be confirmation of condition 3. If so it’s quite massive. We now have absolute proof of safety as the shares wouldn’t have been released had there been any issues.

To have confidence that CF33 will cause no harm to patients means there’s nothing to lose by trying it, unlike chemo and radiation and even Keytuda. Now let’s get confirmation of efficacy.
