The top number is pushing Eramet pretty hard.
When you consider the project cost and lack of return to date its a small return to those who kicked in $6 based on the DFS.
Will ERAMET be convinced by the majors to increase the bid to get to 51% ?
MY guess is the fund managers will be able to justify accepting anything in the valuation range.
Will the next announcement be X,Y and Z have agreed to accept a revised bid of $2.05 and ERAMET now holds 50+ % and the revised offer is unconditional ?????
and those who don't accept will never get a dividend all they will ever have is some French partners.
Will make me happy if it happens quickly because I've already found a home for the windfall.

Grant Samuel report worth looking at - valuations are based on "unrealistically conservative" assumptions.
I expect that ERAMET will need to get close to top of the range to get MDL
