Ahh, so the latest fud is: "fertilisers are no longer required".

That's a tough sell and a stretch even for you, J L. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't almost half of the planet fed from food via nitrogen based fertilisers? Also which nitrogen based commodity was at its ATH recently?

Permaculture is not a new concept either, and I'm more of a seasonal fruit and beef manure man myself [beef is an excellent source of nutrition despite what the "experts" say]. However, the question remains as to whether or not it can be done at scale. Are we willing to shutdown all hydrocarbon energy sources and see how it goes? How did that work out for Germany?
