Kirsten Morrison has been named for contact purposes in reference to the last 2x escrow releases (Jan17 + today), together with a Melbourne contact number. I thought that she was solely UK based, as UK General Counsel, having previously ceased as joint Secretary on 23/1/16 and that with Moana Weir's subsequent appointment and resignation, that Houghton then stepped into the role whilst being operationally supported including as to general counsel, by ABL (24/3/16)?
Does this mean, then, that Morrison has returned from the UK, or has re-based herself in AU whilst the banking matters are all being sorted? Again, to quote from Skippen's comments to the Director (1/8/15):

"Andrew Grech, Ken Fowlie and Kirsten Morrison [Slater & Gordon’s group general counsel] were in the UK for several months doing due diligence, in addition to the firm’s M&A team."
If so, does this mean that the old gang has fully reunited? Grech is here. Morrison is here. Skippen is here. Is Fowlie also here?
