Looks like a good tack on. Small but at a good price.
All paid 1283 mill for 20200 class 2 we paid 38 mill for 1300. Quick calc puts our buy at half the cost of theirs.
Gets us into class 2 and into Oklahoma where they have the majority of there machines. That gives us exposure to their customers.
Gives us a established server which we can build on.
Prudent fiscally at this point in the global economic climate.
