look, you people focus on the wrong thing.
as i have said time and again , Nova wants to bleed AGI, so they can "force" a takeover, even with Len's siblings as blockers.
my honest advice to holders is probably a surprise- just hang on as Nova will probably put in a bid around $2.25 after the results.
ps-the CEO of AGI is just a figurehead since Nova takeover. he has no control whatsoever.
