Ainsworth Game Technology Limited (AGT) –
Proposed Adjournment of General Meeting
Ainsworth Game Technology Limited (AGT) advises that, following the applications filed with the
Takeovers Panel by ASIC and Fortress Centaurus Global Master Fund Ltd (Panel Applications), in
the absence of a determination of any proceedings resulting from the Panel Applications prior to the
general meeting scheduled for 9.30am on 3 June 2016 (General Meeting), AGT intends to adjourn the
General Meeting to a later date. That date will be no later than 30 days after 3 June 2016 and will be
determined having regard to the status of the Panel Applications and the date by which it is anticipated
they will be determined.
The deadline for submission of proxy forms for the General Meeting will be extended from 9.30am on 1​

June 2016 to the time that is 48 hours prior to the time and date of the adjourned General Meeting.
