The price is being held down. A BOT has been operating for some time.
I assume someone is accumulating. They now have until 3.7.16 to accumulate more.
The ASIC cannot let the proposed sale of the majority Ainsworth stake proceed in its current form.
This is a fundamental breach of the rights of minority shareholders of a public listed company.
If the ASX and ASIC back down then both institutions will have failed gravely in their stated missions of providing a free and fair market for all participants.
