This is a massive step forward for the company imho. Novomatic is a huge EGM company with a huge footprint in Europe. This should give AGI a platform to expand into Europe.

I think It's a much better deal than the ALL class 2 deal. They have indicated they will provide game development and intellectual property to AGI And also work on global distribution and marketing.

This is exactly the shot in the arm we needed. I think 2.75 is bloody cheap in light of this. We are basically a tack on to Novomatic and this will allow them entry into markets they don't have but more importantly gives us a huge huge increase to the broadcast area for our products.

Can't wait for tomorrow.

It's a screaming buy now IMHO
