What he has done is put his stake up for auction. This could turn into a bidding war IMHO.
This will be talked about in the sector and imo looked at in depth by other companies running the ruler over the merits of a increased offer to secure his holdings.
Novomatic have come in with 2.75 trying to knock the ball out of the park but it's just come into play as far as I see.
