Isn't 53 percent of the float in play now? He's accepted 2.75 He obviously wants to sell. Who's to say if IGT comes in with 3.00 he won't accept that. Then there's creep and the chance they will mop up the rest at a higher price down the track.
So many variables to this transaction. Still some months for this to play out.
