You must live in another world - This company just got complete control of a listed company but has never chosen to be listed themselves. They can push costs into AGI and charge for all their innovation. The tech director left - guess whjy this must have been on the table for some time.

I dont see how this benefits anyone other than the wily old fox - LA.
I have had shares where the holding company is private - it has never ended well as the conflict of interest always means that you never get an alignment of interests in my opinion. Unless they sell their assets into the company - highly unlikely that that will be cheap will it?
