BBSW sitting at 4.6150%. Add the margin of 4.75% and that's a $9.365 gross annual dividend = 10.55%pa yield.
Sure redemption isn't likely, but this is a phenomenal yield for a company (i.e. SGH) that will have a higher dividend cover than the current company (SEV).
