My assumption was that market shares become somewhat stable over time.... so if Tamiflu had an 8 fold increase on the previous quarter then Inavir should too... unless Tamiflu engaged in savage price cuts to gain market share or maybe part of that increase were stockpile sales.

But you're right. History has taught us never to be optimistic when it comes to estimating royalties.....
