Unless I have misread this this ann. shows valuations of a number of of the CAWF (which was being touted/rumoured as being part sold as part of re-fi) at about $540m (now Centro appear to only own 50% of these if my reading is correct - see appendix for details). These were valued as at Dec 07 - so 50% of funds is about $270m which is greater than current MC).

Surely there would appear to be a heck of a lot of value of this overall business beyond current SP of 24c - bring the bidders on I say - I hold there appears to be marked hidden value here....certainly way beyond 24c.
