    Please excuse I parroted the previous post.

    Also I would like to note the article also mentioned that the mine without the funds would have insufficient finances to fund project costs. I would assume there is also an impending need for investment in the mine, albeit by the looks of things probably 5 million or something smaller as a guess.

    Based on the language of the article alone!
