Not special but probably couldn't careless and probably trying to save a few bucks here and there in administration cost (well we do desperately need those few bucks where possible).
At the end of the day (or year) it makes no difference becoz we all know it pretty much cut and paste from last year report anyway and maybe a bit cut and paste creative ideas from ChatGPT as well this year. But pretty much the same results every years for the last 10 years.
