Investments Limited as part payment for shares in KCL Property Limited
acquired by Augusta Funds Management Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Augusta Capital Limited. The shares were issued at a consideration value of
$0.80 per share following part achievement of certain earn-out criteria
during the 12 month period ending 1 April 2015.
