EBOS discloses, officers' interests in relation to the transfer of shares
under the EBOS Staff Share Plan on the expiry of the three year restrictive
period whereby the full ownership in the staff shares issued on 17 June 2011
transfers from the Trustees of the EBOS Staff Share Plan to individual staff
members.
The maximun number of shares being 200 shares per individual staff member.
