Describe the arrangement pursuant to which, or the circumstances in which,
the acquisition or disposal took place:
(i) Sale of 19,000 fully paid ordinary shares on NZX;
(ii) Redemption of 24,041 partly-paid ordinary shares by Freightways Limited
in accordance with the Plan Rules of the Freightways Senior Executive
Performance Share Plan by reason of ceasing to be an employee. These shares
were paid up to one cent only at the date of issue. The consideration payable
by Freightways Limited upon redemption was the paid up amount. The
partly-paid ordinary shares were cancelled upon redemption.
