Details of the transactions requiring disclosure: Acquisition of 20,000
ordinary shares in an on-market trade agreed on 4 February 2015, for a total
consideration of $29,600 ($1.48 per ordinary share).  Kathmandu Holdings
Limited has a financial products trading policy that requires directors to
seek prior written clearance from Kathmandu Holdings Limited for trading by
them or by trusts, companies and other entities controlled by them during
certain closed periods.  The acquisition did occur during a closed period
under the policy.  Clearance to acquire the securities was sought, and was
granted in accordance with the policy, on 3 February 2015.
