RELINT: NFF: Director's interest update

Nufarm Limited's (Company) Chief Executive Officer, Doug Rathbone, has
informed the Company that he (together with his associated entities) has
entered into a margin loan with Credit Suisse AG in respect of 474,136 Nufarm
shares (representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's ordinary shares on
issue and representing approximately 4% of Mr Rathbone's beneficial holding
in the Company). The Nufarm shares are part of a portfolio of shares offered
as collateral to secure the loan. The margin loan forms part of a refinancing
package associated with some of Mr Rathbone's family-owned assets.

In accordance with the Company's securities trading policy, prior written
approval for the margin loan has been provided.

The Company confirms that no other Director has any margin loan that
incorporates any Company securities.
