RELINT: NFF: Director's Interest Update

Nufarm Limited's (Company) Chief Executive Officer, Doug Rathbone, has
informed the Company that he has pledged 377,957 Nufarm shares in which he
has a beneficial interest to secure a facility agreement he has entered into
with Credit Suisse AG. The facility agreement is part of a financing package
associated with Mr Rathbone's family-owned business. These shares represent
approximately 0.1433% of Nufarm's issued capital and 11.22% of Mr Rathbone's
beneficial holding in the company.

In accordance with the Company's securities trading policy, prior written
approval for these arrangements has been provided.
