RELINT: NTH: NTH Directors Interests - correction
It has been bought to the Company's attention that in the disclosure of
Directors' Interests on page 7 of the Northland Port Corporation(NZ) Ltd 2012
Annual Report, the disclosed interest of Director David Keys as a Trustee of
Northland Emergency Services Trust has been inadvertently omitted from the
list of disclosures. The disclosure was made on page 5 of the Report, however
it should also have been recorded as an Interest on page 7.
The Company apologises for this error which was caused by an administrative
oversight.
