RELINT: SCY: Share Movements
The Board of Directors of Smiths City Group confirm the following share
movements between substantial shareholders in the Group:
- Retail Management Services - a company associated with Smiths City director
Richard Hellings - sold 666,666 shares to Guaranty Finance Investors, LLC at
a price of 48 cents per share.
- John William Holdsworth - a Director of Smiths City - sold 666,667 shares
to Guaranty Finance Investors, LLC at a price of 48 cents per share.
- Extra Strength Limited - a company associated with Smiths City Director
Craig Boyce - sold 666,667 shares to Guaranty Finance Investors, LLC at a
price of 48 cents per share.
All four parties are, before and after this transaction, Substantial
Shareholders as defined by the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
Guaranty Finance Investors, LLC and associated parties are a long term holder
of shares in the Group and this takes their total holding up from 6.11% to
10.87% of the company's shares.
All requisite notices have been lodged with the NZX.
In accordance with the NZX listing rule 3.4.3 this transaction was approved
by the Independent Directors of the Group."
