RELINT: SKC: DISCLOSURE OF DIRECTOR'S RELEVANT INTERESTS
Please find attached a Disclosure of Director's Relevant Interests relating
to the Chief Executive Officer of SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited
("SKYCITY") who has acquired ordinary shares in SKYCITY pursuant to SKYCITY's
Chief Executive Officer Long Term Incentive Plan 2008.
The ordinary shares acquired by the Chief Executive Officer were acquired
pursuant to the conversion of share rights issued to the Chief Executive
Officer under the terms of the Chief Executive Officer Long Term Incentive
Plan approved by shareholders at the 2008 Annual Meeting and, accordingly,
the following information is supplied pursuant to Listing Rule 7.12.9:
- Number of share rights converted: 63,847
- Number of ordinary shares converted into: 63,847
- Number of share rights that remain to be converted:
NIL (the balance of the share rights have lapsed in accordance with the terms
of the Plan)
