RELINT: SKC: Disclosure of Officers' Interests

Please find attached a Disclosure of Officer's Relevant Interests Notice for
departing SKC officer James Alexander Burrell.

As a consequence of Mr Burrell's departure (announced to the market on 6 May
2014), and until a replacement Chief Financial Officer is appointed, Richard
Stephen Smyth becomes an officer of SKC.  Accordingly, attached is an Initial
Disclosure of Officer's Relevant Interests Notice for Mr Smyth.
