Nature of transaction: The ordinary shares in Tourism Holdings Limited that
are the subject of this disclosure were formerly held by Hauraki Motor Homes
Limited (HMHL). This entity is in the process of being wound up and the
ordinary shares have today been distributed in specie to its shareholders
proportionate to their shareholdings in HMHL. As a result, Kay Howe has
become the registered holder and beneficial owner of the shares the subject
of this disclosure and no longer has a relevant interest in the other shares
formerly held by HMHL.
