Ann: Relists as unified social media messaging platform Thred-PRA.AX, page-95

Hello, Stockrocker here. I come in peace trying to do more research on PRA.

Can any of you who held PRA close to their heart and knows the inside out of it ( @Boomorbust ??) tell me if when Thred is launched that they are able to operate across all major social media platforms without needing any agreements with them? Would a platform like Facebook be against them doing so as they may see it as a threat? Would all of the currently available social media platforms have publicly available API's such that Thred is able to integrate with them? If not then how will Thred be able to integrate into those platforms?

I was initially very turned off by the 1 billion connotes that they issued that would have meant the holder was entitled to $8 mil worth of stocks at post listing valuations. Is there any escrow provisions for that connote holder or is he free to offload for a whopping 8 bagger at any time now?
