Hi SR. My understanding is that they will need agreement from the various SM players yes. No FB etc would not likely be against this as Thred intends to drive traffic and content to their sites not directly compete with them for users etc. It is my understanding that it will benefit them. We will need to see on the API front but I am sure the team have this covered. There is no escrow provision on the Con notes as voted by shareholders earlier this year. Consol was done at 5:1 earlier this year also as this question was asked previously by others also.
