re: Ann: Relodgement of Initial Substantial S... This makes for interesting reading when you analyse Mr Chiu's trades.

He has paid a total of $844,424.83 (an average 11.1c) for his 7,606,664 shares. Those shares, at the last price of 4.3c are now worth $327,086.55 for a $500k loss. So he needs a 2 bagger, just to break even.

Mr Chiu paid a maximum of 72c, but that was a small trade on 03 Feb 2011, with brokerage, no doubt. Looks like a pretty stupid trade, if you ask me. Excluding that, Mr Chiu's next most expensive purchase was at 28.2c in November 2011.

His lowest price paid was 2.6c in March 2012. On paper they look OK, but in context of the average, maybe not.

Here's the really interesting bit.

Mr Chiu's on market purchases, as a percentage of the volume for the year was;

He participated in the 2010 SPP at 20c for $85,000 worth (ouch) and then again for $15,000 at 10c in 2011. I guess he's probably in for another $15k this round, maybe more, given his average is 6.2c on market this year and the SPP was at 4.5c.
