Whilst a positive development, no doubt the JV contributions (that were the subject of lengthy legal battles) were part of the deed of release, exacerbates Cohibas precarious cash position. (The implied price of 200K worth of shares plus ~800K they were owed by Olympic Domain for 20% values the tenement at $5m, about right).
Maybe some long awaited assay results prior to a cap raise to keep the doors open whilst they seek a JV or outright sale of the OD tenements is next.
