i remember a few years back a side discussion at the AGM, said there were discussion with BHP, but conclusion was they would only be interested in a JV if CHK owned 100% of tenement, been waiting for this for a while! It took too long, seems like OD not easiest to deal with, but i think there is potential now for some extra avenues of funding... all imo
