The price sensitivity IMO is not in the fact they've been paid, or even that they have 250m of potential orders, both of which were sort of known.

what caught my eye was Olig's statement about the feedback from their largest to date government customer - "incredibly positive" is a quite exceptional superlative to use, plus they are discussing follow up orders, as expected, which I suspect may dwarf the previous $11m order which, if it follows typical govt dept behaviour, was merely a test of the product and DRO's ability to deliver.

If so, we will break out of this rut with a bang and head towards the 50c-85c mark where the sp will probably require some time to consolidate....but it just might carry on if the order flow becomes serious. Here's hoping.

The announcement was timely, as we were starting to break down from the issue price, and now we are heading north again today. My sentiment is hold for me because I'm fully loaded but its a buy for me if I wasn't. DYOR
