There is always an emotional toll if "riding" a stock every day. This leads eventually to an emotional investment decision. There are two key negative emotions at play, fear and greed, and either or both can lead to a sell decision which, invariably, is taken not at the flood but when in the shallows of despair (to paraphrase Robert Frost).

We must, to also misquote Rudyard Kipling, treat these two impostors of triumph and disaster the same, and having made our rational choice to invest in DRO, remain sanguine about the fact that EOS has run twice recently, but DRO is still awaiting a significant new order (else we would have heard).

The EOS contract is over 7 years, and while I'm personally pleased they are finally getting somewhere (I'm not a holder but it is on my watchlist), I just shrug and recognise I chose to run with DRO not EOS. Otherwise I risk unduly stressing myself out which is never a good idea medically or financially.

I could have bought some of each initially, but DRO looked more likely to succeed for me, so it is what it is.
