I don't think people are assuming that at all, but the sooner it's approved people can start being treated, i.e. sales.
If it's not approved it's not approved, but this is still a very positive step. Dead people can't buy Remestemcel-L, and the chance to bring it to market in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic is better than after it has passed.
