if i recall remestemcel - L had a fast rack approval for GVHD and that has been in the pipeline for years.
Also I cant fathom why the FDA has not rushed this treatment to market to save lives.
Thousands of people are dying every day in the US.
The trial is well over 50% and I note other potential cures have not finished there trials and are already in use.
Same old news with no approvals, just more announcements!
