I wonder with longer-term exposure to the MSB "drug" what we might see? Let's remember, our trial data is ultimately of shorter rather than longer duration. If I put savlon etc on a wound for just a day or two, I get a rather modest benefit, if I keep it going longer term, my body is more assisted by it and the repair process is enhanced. Very simple example I acknowledge but it's only to show a general point.
