I disagree they have provided at least 5 level 2b studies that the treatment works. Thats enough to change clincial practice and get FDA approval in many drugs to date. besides about 20% of medicine is actually properly evidenced based... and that hasnt stopped you cutting people open and poisoning them for years.Not intentionally of course but... human factors
