    What you have written "rdowling" is basically the problem not only with KIS, but with Australia as a whole. Everything, as you write, is a "Diligence process", a "negotiations continue", a "longer than anticipated", a "delay due to reshuffle", a "political consideration". By the time the KIS mine becomes operational, China will have already taken over Australia and have King Island in their possession.
